The Sports Hall at Churcher’s College will be transformed into a spectacular 5-star-style venue, complete with professional lighting, staging and event production to create a true party atmosphere.

The Spring Ball uses long banquet tables to create a lively, sociable dining experience — perfect for groups of friends or colleagues.

Guests can book complete tables of 8, 10, 12 or 14 , and larger parties can combine tables (for example, a Table of 8 and a Table of 12 for 20 guests).

To keep the space balanced and comfortable, we’re unable to offer custom table sizes — so gather a few more friends and fill your table!

Solo guests, couples and parties of up to 7 guests will be seated together on friendly shared tables, ensuring everyone is part of the celebration.
